Good afternoon,
I am appearing remotely over zoom for my court case next month. I called the court clerk’s office and they said to speak with you regarding my documents. How do I submit my evidence to the court? Do I need to send it certified mail to the courthouse and to his attorney?
Thank you so much,
*Me*

The kids in school have been bullying *Our youngest son* because of his hair and his nail polish. He’s stopped the polish but decided to keep his hair. I think it’s weighing on him because his teacher emailed me today and said that he hasn’t done any schoolwork in days. He literally has a zero. He says he’s ok but so don’t think he is. I just wanted to relay so you were aware of what’s been going on behind the scenes.

You can reach out to *His Attorney* and work with him. It is set for a scheduling conference, which is to basically get hard dates to determine how fast your case will move forward. His email is *email address*.

Thank you so much for that information.
When we do move forward, how do I submit the evidence I have to the court? I will send *His* attorney a certified copy of what I submit, I just need to know who/how to have my documents put into the case for the judge to see

I am in *different state* and attending over zoom. That’s why I wanted to make sure my evidence was submitted properly.

I have been working with this office for months prior to his contempt hearing on 12/17. I have called numerous times since for an update. However, rather than my case manager finally calling back as requested, I got served by my ex-husband's attorney for a motion to modify.
It's been almost a month and nobody can tell me anything about his hearing. I need to know so when I meet with his attorney and try to mediate, I need to know what's already been put into effect.
Thank you for getting back to me as quickly as possible with this.

*Attached my Exhibit A and Excel breakdown of payment history*
Good evening *His Attorney,
Per our conversation today, I've attached my documents as well as other supporting evidence that I have gathered so far. I have also included the numbers imported from *State Child Support Portal* which shows his monthly payments for the last 5 years, for reference.
As of April 2019, I am no longer working. Per the VA, I have been awarded total and permanent disability. I've included my most recent award letter as well as my previous taxes.
As stated, I am in full agreement of rectifying the inclusion of our now adult daughter on the arrears from June 2019 to present.
Also, I know we discussed that I was encouraging *Him* back in 2017 to complete our son's CDIBs and enrollment into the Indian Healthcare System to alleviate the cash medical award. In researching, there is only one Indian Clinic in *different state* and it is over 3 hours away. I have spoke to my VA representative locally and we are going to begin the process of seeing if they qualify for CHAMPVA benefits.
I look forward to working with you to complete the income computation and modify the child support to an amount that can be more manageable and maintained moving forward.
Thank you for your time,
*Me*
